Frontpages Web Hosting Network is offering new Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 plans, it was announced recently. Four new plans will be available, each designed to provide “exceedingly responsive performance” for “mission critical” websites through Frontpages’ hosted MOSS infrastructure “housed in multi-server farms”. The company’s new “High Availability MOSS 2007” hosting plans range from a “five server farm at the low end, to a 20 server farm housed in two data centers at the high end”.
“As companies become more dependent on MOSS for communication and transactions, the need for an infrastructure approaching 100% uptime and high growth potential becomes a business necessity,” explained the President of Frontpages, Rob LaMear. “Our High Availability MOSS hosting plans meet this requirement.”
