Easy CGI Adds DotNetNuke 4.8 to Hosting Plans.

Web host Easy CGI announced that it has added DotNetNuke 4.8 as part of its web hosting packages. DotNetNuke is an “application framework ideal for creating, deploying and managing interactive web, intranet, and extranet sites” and it is now available to Easy CGI customers through the company’s script installation tool. 4.8 is the most current of version of the solution.

DotNetNuke 4.8 has dealt with around 50 minor bugs from previous versions and offers a range of enhancements and new features. Bugs fixed since the last version include a ballooning memory issue and an issue that slowed down the PurgeEventLog. Enhancements include integrated pipeline support for IIS 7, and support for implementing breadcrumbs in custom designed skins.
