Customer approval program operator RatePoint has added new features that focus on helping businesses better connect with customers and manage their online reputation more efficiently.
Some of the new features in the updated offering include the ability to create custom surveys, management of all contacts directly from a RatePoint Business Center account, an easy-to-use suite of tools designed to help businesses collect and promote customer feedback and reviews, and the option to promote special offers and savings on products through customized coupons.
