CyrusOne Appoints CFO.
2008-01-18, HostMan.biz Data center operator CyrusOne has named Paul Marvin as its new chief financial officer. Marvin brings twenty years of experience and industry knowledge to CyrusOne, having previously served as VP of corporate controller for VeriCenter, which was recently acquired by SunGard Availability Services. He worked for nine years at Price Waterhouse. Marvin has also had various management positions in both accounting and strategic planning functions at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Loomis Fargo & Co. and Clear Channel Entertainment. "We are extremely excited to welcome Paul to CyrusOne's management team," says David Ferdman, president and CEO of CyrusOne. "He brings a broad base of financial experience and expertise to CyrusOne, as well as a solid reputation among the financial community. Paul was an instrumental part of the VeriCenter management team and directly participated in the SunGard transaction.
