Easy CGI Offers Upgrade to .NET 3.5.

Easy CGI, a provider of Windows hosting, is launching .NET 3.5 hosting for all customers of its shared hosting plans. The seamless upgrade enables current customers to take advantage of all the new features this updated version of .NET Framework offers. The company states that they carried out extensive performance, compatibility and reliability testing, before launching .Net Framework 3.5.
According to the company, the 3.5 release builds incrementally on new features previously added in .NET 2.0 and 3.0, so current sites built using those earlier versions should enjoy a seamless migration to .NET 3.5. Expansions on previous versions with ASP.NET AJAX, the ability to use Language Integrated Query, and a variety of other new tools for developers, make it simpler and faster to build applications using Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation and Windows Workflow Foundation.
"Many of our customers stay in tune with the latest technologies, so we anticipated a large number of requests to upgrade to Framework 3.5," said Ted Beckwith, VP of Easy CGI. "Now, our customers have all the new features and tools of .NET Framework 3.5 to push boundaries in their developments."
