BBS Technologies, Inc. Acquires R1Soft.

BBS Technologies, Inc. today announced the acquisition of R1Soft, a provider of backup and data recovery solutions for Linux and Windows Servers and MySQL databases. The companies believe that the combination is a natural fit, enabling BBS to strengthen its position in the Windows systems management market and enabling R1Soft to benefit from BBS Technologies' distribution channel, support capabilities, and engineering resources.
