ReadySpace Announces VPS Offering.
2007-11-21, HostMan.biz ReadySpace, a managed hosting provider in Asia, announced a new virtual private server offering, powered by SWsoft Virtuozzo virtualization software, as an addition to its managed hosting services. The company claims that it provides each customer with their own virtual server and dedicated resources such as CPU, RAM and hard disk space for their website or applications. According to the company, the benefits include additional security and availability compared to a shared server, as well as consistent performance and greater server control. The company also provides its customers with an option of administering and managing the dedicated server themselves or engage ReadySpace Professional Services. Virtuozzo is a virtualization solution for hosting providers. The container-based virtualization software dynamically partitions a single Linux or Windows operating system instance into multiple highly efficient and scalable virtual environments.
