OLM.Net Launches ServerADay.com.
2007-10-29, HostMan.biz OLM, LLC, a provider of dedicated servers, Web hosting and e-business solutions for individuals, small to medium size business, and enterprises, today announced it has launched a new marketing venture, ServerADay.com, offering a unique closeout dedicated server promotion every day. The site, which is modeled after the successful deal-a-day retail sales sites, provides limited-quantity offers on dedicated servers. A new offer is posted nightly at 12:01am, and once an offer expires or sells out, it is no longer available to customers. Dedicated servers featured on the site are typically upgraded servers or excess stock in OLM.net's datacenters. All servers are hosted on OLM.net's state of the art network, regardless of the hardware configuration. Offers on the site do not require customers to commit to any contracts; all servers are sold on a month-to-month basis and include a control panel, premium bandwidth, and other value added features. Deep discounts are available for advanced payment. Once a customer signs up at a certain price, the cost will never increase, says the company. "This is a marketing strategy that encourages visitors to check the site frequently—usually every night at midnight as the servers sell out quickly. While all offers we post will be very competitive, we also include promotions that offer pricing far below the market average, often with savings of 50 to 75 percent below retail prices. The site will also feature promo codes that can be used with OLM.net's traditional dedicated server packages," said Chris Silkman, OLM.net Business Manager.
