The Planet Makes Deloitte Fast 50.

The Planet, a privately held dedicated hosting company, today announced that it has once again been named to Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Program for Texas. The annual survey ranks the 50 fastest growing local technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies based on percentage revenue growth over five years from 2002 through 2006.
This is the second consecutive year The Planet has been included on the Technology Fast 50, moving four notches up the list to #12 for 2007. To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, organizations must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $5,000,000 in 2006, and be headquartered in North America.
"Texas has become an increasingly strong technology market, evidenced by the list of companies named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50," said The Planet's Vice President of Marketing Steve Kahan. "Our own company continues to outpace industry growth rates. We are making significant investments in our business, reinforcing our commitment to be the recognized leader for delivering on demand IT infrastructure to small- and medium-sized businesses."
