AIT Holds Back Domain Pricing Plans.
2007-09-25, HostMan.biz Advanced Internet Technologies, Inc., a web hosting provider, yesterday announced that it is holding the line on price increases, rolling out new products and designing new hosting services that help virtually any size business achieve increased sales and profits in the fourth quarter and throughout 2008. According to their domain name price policy, the per domain fees charged by the .com, .org. and .biz registry are increasing and set to impact retail prices in October of this year. However, the company has elected not to pass on the higher cost of the registrar fee to their existing or new customers. Prices for bulk registration and individual domain registration will remain the same as stated on the web site. In addition to absorbing the cost increase, the company is lowering the bulk domain minimum purchase requirement from a minimum 50 domain name bulk purchase to 25. This price and purchasing policy applies to both existing and new customers. The enterprise servers and hosting plans are built for large scale business needs. New customers will be able to enroll and existing customers will be able to upgrade to the new Enterprise 1 and Enterprise 2 hosting plans. The plans offer dedicated self-managed and fully managed hardware and software options. An Enterprise 3 plan under development which is a completely customizable will be available later this year.
