The company is offering a 30-day free trial of MailHarbor via its web site. MailHarbor was created to enable small businesses and nonprofit organizations to send professional emails to donors, members and clients at a low cost. Users will be able to create contact lists, send email campaigns, and track the results of the campaign through a user-friendly interface. It's features include scheduled sending, multi-user logins, 3-D graphs, and bounce back tracking. These and other features give each user an additional advantage over traditional email and other marketing methods. All features are available with the free trial. Pricing is based on the number of contacts entered into the system, not on the number of emails sent, and begins at $10 a month for 500 contacts. "We saw the need for affordable email marketing through our own marketing efforts. Traditional surface mail and existing email-marketing tools were too expensive for any small business trying to make a name for itself, and we felt we had the resources to change that," said Bradley Roth, Tivilon's VP of Sales and Marketing. "MailHarbor is effective because it leaves the process in the hands of the user.
