BroadGroup Holds Data Center Event.
2007-07-05, HostMan.biz BroadGroup, the London based consulting, research and specialist conference company has announced the launch of BroadGroup Consulting, to be headed by experienced analyst and consultant Steve Wallage. Following its success in providing boutique consulting services to the financial services sector, data centre sector and mobile operators, BroadGroup has decided to greatly enhance its range of consulting and research services. The new managing consultant will be Steve Wallage who has extensive experience in market sizing, entry and strategic projects. He has more than 19 years of experience as a technology analyst specialising in the worldwide telecommunications markets, including six years as a principal analyst at Gartner Group, and positions within IBM, IDC, LogicaCMG and McGraw-Hill. Steve's career is rooted firmly in analysis. He has worked most recently as Research Director at The 451 Group. Prior to Gartner, he worked at the Northern Business Information division of McGraw-Hill, where he managed the European research team. He is a regular speaker and moderator at international industry and vendor events and a commentator on telecom and IT issues for business television in the UK and Europe. "The launch of BroadGroup Consulting and Steve heading the business is a significant move forward for the company," commented Philip Low, managing director of BroadGroup. "The consulting and research team is now positioned to offer a focused suite of services to our growing customer base in the UK, Europe and in selected overseas markets." Established five years ago, BroadGroup conducts research and consulting projects, publishes market reports the acclaimed Data Centre News, owns a number of industry focused portals, and also researches and produces specialist events including the regional Data Centre and Telecom Finance series. The company will shortly be moving to larger headquarters in Surrey. |
