Internap to Invest $40m in Expansion.
2007-06-12, HostMan.biz Internap Network Services Corp., which manages data centers and routes Internet traffic, said Tuesday it plans to invest up to $40 million to expand facilities in several markets. The company expects to implement the expansion over the next three to four calendar quarters. Internap said it is seeing "unprecedented demand" for its data center services. With this investment, the company's capital expenditures are expected to be in the range of $45 million to $55 million for 2007. The company also reaffirmed its full year revenue outlook, saying it still expects sales to grow by 30 percent over 2006. Analysts polled by Thomson Financial are expecting sales of $235.2 million. |
