Google To Provide Hosting To Open Source Developers.
2006-08-01, HostMan.biz The Search Engine market leader Google, announced this week it launches a hosting service to enable programmers to develop different software projects. The web hosting will be available through Google Code, the search giant's repository for tools that developers can use to add Google services to their applications. "One of our goals is to encourage healthy, productive open source communities. Users of Google's hosting service will get a project workspace, version control, bug-tracking and a Google Groups mailing list.
