PSC Selects Ensim Unify.
2006-06-20, HostMan.biz Ensim Corporation announced that PSC, Inc. has selected Ensim Unify as its platform of choice to be the first to deliver and promote hosting services for small and medium-sized businesses in Japan using a suite of Microsoft products. A new service, P-BERRY is the first in Japan to offer Hosted Messaging & Collaboration (HMC) v3.5-based hosting services including messaging, collaboration and full Outlook functionality supporting Windows mobile device. Developed in close collaboration with Microsoft, it enables service providers to centrally create, control and deliver hosted IP and application services. Pre-integrated and packaged with over fifteen IP and application services, the Unify platform allows revenue-generating hosted services to be rapidly delivered, bundled and differentiated at lower cost and with unmatched reliability, flexibility and speed. "PSC is selecting the right combination of platform and services to present powerful value-added, differentiated offerings to customers," said Noboru Sugiyama, Director of Communication Sector at Microsoft Japan K.K. "The unique P-BERRY service gives customers the applications they need most, and the Ensim Unify platform makes it easy for both PSC and customers to manage their services." P-BERRY service allows customers to use Exchange Server 2003 functionality without requiring technical expertise to manage the server. It also solves issues on asset and security management by providing security options. PSC will add more ASP services on P-BERRY that meet customer needs and satisfaction through ASP-DIRECT.NET.
