VitalStream Holdings, Inc. announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market. VitalStream's common stock will commence trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market at the open of the market on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, under the new ticker symbol "VSTH." Until that date, VitalStream's common stock will continue to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "VSHI."
"The approval of our stock for listing on NASDAQ is a significant strategic milestone in VitalStream's progress and development as a publicly traded company," stated Jack Waterman, chairman and chief executive officer of VitalStream.
