Cogent Communications Prices Stock Offer.
2006-06-02, HostMan.biz Internet service provider Cogent Communications Group Inc. said Friday it priced an underwritten public offering of 9 million shares at $9 per share. Of the 9 million shares, 4 million are newly issued and the rest are being sold by the company's stockholders, Cogent said. Gross proceeds from the sale of the new shares will total $36 million, the company added. Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns are joint book-running managers for the offering, which is expected to close June 7. The underwriters have the option to buy another 1.35 million shares from Cogent, or the company's chairman and chief executive, Dave Schaeffer, or other selling stockholders. |
