HostRefund.com Launches Rebate Service.
2006-05-31, HostMan.biz HostRefund.com, a provider of marketing and promotional services for web hosts, announced today it has officially launched its new web site, offering a cash-back rebate service for web hosting consumers. The rebates are available to consumers who make new web hosting purchases, and can be obtained by ordering web hosting through special links available on HostRefund.com’s web site. Currently, twelve web hosts are included on HostRefund.com, with rebates ranging from $35 to $55. "Our official site launch includes a menu of twelve, hand-picked distinct and renowned web hosts—specializing in mission critical hosting, personal sites, e-commerce, and solutions for small to medium sized businesses. We hope to increase both the number and types of hosts in the coming weeks, based on feedback we receive from our users,” said Samantha Kern, HostRefund.com business development manager. Currently, to receive rebates, users must fill out a form on the HostRefund.com web site following their web hosting order. Once the web host has validated the order—which never exceeds 30 days—HostRefund.com will provide cash payment of the rebate via PayPal. In the future, the company hopes to offer additional forms of rebates, such as instant rebates. "At this point, our number one priority is the promotion and refinement of this novel marketing concept for the web hosting industry.
