Digital Realty Trust to Offer 4M Shares.
2006-05-25, HostMan.biz Digital Realty Trust Inc., which owns and manages corporate data centers and Internet gateways, said Tuesday that it has commenced a follow-on public offering of 4 million shares for about $95 million in proceeds. The company also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an added 600,000 shares for over-allotments. Digital Realty intends to use the proceeds to temporarily reduce borrowings under its unsecured credit facility. The sole book runner for this offering is Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking. Shares of Digital Realty added 3 cents to close at $24.40 on the New York Stock Exchange. |
