Mirror Image Announces Upgrade to Content Delivery Network.

This upgrade will focus on the Company's global architecture and include enhanced support for Windows Media and Macromedia Flash streaming services, as well as increased storage capacity for other content-based services. With these improvements in place, Mirror Image expects its streaming capacity to increase by more than 600 percent once the project is complete. To broaden and strengthen Mirror Image's global footprint, new servers have been added on the East coast, West coast and in Europe. "Mirror Image's network upgrade comes at the perfect time to position the Company to expertly deliver whatever streaming media formats its clients choose, and benefit from this new end user surge." Mirror Image, a Windows Media 9 Series Certified Hosting Provider, will provide expanded support for Windows Media content to meet the ever-increasing demand for additional capacity. Already complete is extended support for Flash Media Server 2, another highly popular streaming format, as well as support for RealPlayer and Quicktime. Streaming traffic on Mirror Image's network for Q1 2006 increased 120 percent over Q1 in 2005 as advertisers, entertainment providers, e-tailers and media companies offer more streaming content to their users.
