Web Host Servecentric Offers Email.
2005-11-30, HostMan.biz Irish Web host Servecentric (servecentric.com) announced on Wednesday it has launched its new managed email service, Emailcentric, designed to facilitate business continuity and eliminate the financial and time burdens of mail server downtime and lost emails. Emailcentric features a complete spam and virus filter, using a double layer backup system to ensure that emails are stored according to the latest Irish and EU legislation on the retention of electronic data. The solution is priced at 10 Euro per user, per month. Servecentric says it hosts resilient mail servers at its Dublin data center. Customers can request that their domain name provider forward their email records to Servecentric's server. Users can then access their email through Outlook or any Web based client. "Customers make no outlay on hardware or software, and can take advantage of the most up-to-date server and security technology available," says Jason O'Conaill, sales and marketing director at Servecentric. "Users have full and instant access to their email without fear of system failure." |
