Web Host Peer 1 CEO Steps Down.
2005-11-21, HostMan.biz Colocation and dedicated hosting provider Peer 1 Network (peer1.net) announced on Monday that chief executive officer Geoff Hampson had resigned effective December 15, 2005. Lance Tracey, currently the chairman of Peer 1's board, was named the new president and chief executive officer. Tracey is a co-founder of Peer 1 and has been a director and chairman of the board since July 2002. Hampson is leaving to pursue other business opportunities and has agreed to assist Peer 1 as required over the course of the next year. "Peer 1 and its directors thank Mr. Hampson for his contributions to the growth and success of the company and wish him the very best in his future endeavors," the company said in a release. |
