Web Host AIT Launches Holiday Promo.
2005-11-21, HostMan.biz Web hosting provider AIT (aitcom.net) announced on Friday it is celebrating the holiday season by giving gifts to new customers and a portion of its proceeds to charity. From now through January 3, 2006, new customers will receive either PDAs or desktop PCs, depending on the plan they purchase. The Fayetteville, North Carolina Salvation Army chapter will also be a beneficiary. "We already host the chapter's Web site, so this is a continuation of a relationship with an organization that benefits our community," says Clarence Briggs, AIT's CEO. "As for the electronics, we want to show our appreciation to the folks who make everything possible." The PCs and PDAs will be awarded to customers who pre-pay for six months on any of AIT's dedicated hosting plans. AIT offers a selection of dedicated machines for hosting resellers, developers and businesses. All of the servers include Xeon processors, and each has a minimum of 80GB of disk space and 2TB of data transfer. Customers can select either self-managed servers with root access or fully-managed machines. |
