Dotster Accepts .jobs Registrations.
2005-11-04, HostMan.biz Domain registrar and Web hosting provider Dotster (dotster.com) announced on Friday that it would now accept registrations for the .jobs domain. Dotster says the domain is designed to give organizations an exact online destination for human resources-related information, which would be much easier than clicking through a Web site to find the "careers" section. "Our customers are excited about the new .jobs domain extension," says Jessica Gilbert, customer care manager for Dotster. "Businesses appreciate the convenience of keeping their domain portfolios with a single, responsive registrar." Doster lowered the application fee for .jobs domains to $25. The regular annual pricing is $179.95. Applicants are restricted to registering domains derived from their official corporate names. |
