KEMP Buys Load Balancing Software.

Load balancing and SSL acceleration appliance vendor KEMP Technologies (kemptechnologies.com) announced on Thursday that it had acquired the rights to Brain Force Software's (brainforce.com) load balancing software used in KEMP's LoadMaster line of products.
Brain Force sold the technology for a 10 percent interest in KEMP, with an agreement to increase that investment to 30 percent by June 30, 2006.
