Server Central Adds SMB Web Hosting.
2005-11-03, HostMan.biz Internet service provider Server Central (servercentral.net) announced on Wednesday it has launched its WingSix (wingsix.com) brand, expanding on the company’s Web hosting offerings to individuals and small businesses. The WingSix brand will concentrate on providing quality customer service, while adding security, virtual servers, e-commerce, and high-availability hosting options for its customers. "Over the five years we've provided hosting, it has evolved from a small niche market to the mass-marketing of a commodity product," says WingSix's new brand manager, Joe Wishnoff. "While the rest of the market has slashed margins at the expense of customer service, we've retained the personal touch that our customers love, and that's what differentiates us." The WingSix.com site will also offer users an improved support portal, enhanced online ordering and product activation, e-commerce solutions, virtual servers, Thawte 128-bit SSL Certificates and a new affiliate program for hosting partners. |
