Web Host Website Pros Plans IPO.
2005-11-03, HostMan.biz Web host provider Website Pros (websitepros.com) announced on Wednesday it plans to offer 6,800,000 shares of its common stock to the public at $10 per share. Of the shares to be sold in the IPO, 4,800,000 will be offered by Website Pros and 2,000,000 will be offered by selling stockholders. The underwriters have been given a 30-day option to acquire up to 720,000 more shares of common stock by Website Pros and 300,000 additional shares by selling stockholders at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if need be. The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "WSPI." Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. is acting as sole book-runner and lead manager for the offering, while Piper Jaffray & Co. and RBC Capital Markets Corporation act as the co-managers. |
