CEO Departs Web Host Radiant.
2005-10-14, HostMan.biz IP-based data communications and Internet services provider Radiant Communications (radiant.net) announced on Friday that Jim Grey has resigned as president and CEO and as a member of the Radiant Board. "Jim leaves the company with a strong management team and secure base of recurring revenue from over 10,000 managed business connections" said Chris Worthy, chairman of the Radiant Board. "Radiant has recently completed a significant financing arrangement which will fund the growth strategy that Jim initiated during his tenure at Radiant." The Board has initiated an external search for a president and CEO. In the interim period Chris Worthy will act as the executive chair of the company in fulfilling the responsibilities of the office of the CEO. Brian Nixon, a director of Radiant, will assist Worthy. Radiant provides an integrated solution for businesses that includes broadband and managed network services, Internet access, Web hosting, Web development and marketing services. |
