Domain Registrar Dotster Updates Tools.
2005-09-30, HostMan.biz ICANN-accredited domain registrar Dotster (dotster.com) announced on Thursday it has successfully implemented a new account management interface to its customer base. The company launched the new interface on September 26, and has so far generated an overwhelmingly positive customer response. Dotster's new account management system enables a customer to take control over every component of their account and make last minute updates whenever needed to any setting or service, including billing and contact information. It features tab-based navigation and enhanced underlying technology for faster, more stable performance. "The interface is intuitive, so our customers can easily manage their account whether they log in daily or once every three years," says Tom Bennett, Dotster's chief operating officer. |
