WorkFlowOne Picks Web Host SAVVIS.

Managed services and Web hosting provider SAVVIS (savvis.com) announced on Tuesday that it had added WorkFlowOne, a provider of printing and promotional products, as a new customer.
According to the three-year deal, SAVVIS will provide hosting and network services to connect WorkFlowOne's 41 sites and form the backbone of its on-demand business model. SAVVIS Professional Services will deploy virtualized server technologies from Egenera (egenera.com) and integrate WorkflowOne's digital asset management, order management and resource planning applications.
"As the largest purchaser of print in the nation, WorkflowOne offers customers more buying power and leverage than they could achieve on their own," says Ian O'Brien, chief technology officer of WorkflowOne. "SAVVIS's proven global network performance, IT infrastructure services, and technology leadership will all contribute to a total technology solution that integrates WorkflowOne's customer systems and is delivered as an innovative 'print on demand' utility service."
