VitalStream Supports Flash 8 Player.

Content delivery network operator VitalStream (vitalstream.com) announced on Tuesday that it now supports the recently launched Macromedia Flash 8 Player, which includes enhanced video components for rich media content delivery.
VitalStream, the first Macromedia partner to offer Flash video streaming, says it provides a higher capacity service than non-certified CDNs
"Flash Player 8 represents a significant step forward in terms of video streaming capabilities," says Jack Waterman, chief executive officer of VitalStream. "Over the last couple of years, we have seen rapid customer adoption of Flash Video streaming, proving that Flash is a competitive platform. This new version only strengthens that position with its improved streaming video quality and exclusive alpha-channel transparency capabilities."
