AlertSite Names Finance Chief.
2005-07-25, HostMan.biz Web performance measurement, systems monitoring and security provider AlertSite (alertsite.com) announced it has appointed Joel Richardson its chief financial officer. Richardson will lead AlertSite's financial strategy and management, ensuring that the company continues its focus on profitability. "Joel Richardson brings over 24 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations from several private and public companies," says Ken Gross, AlertSite's president and CEO. "Joel's experience in raising capital, financial planning and Web technology makes him a perfect fit in helping us continue to grow our company." Richardson, a Certified Public Accountant, joins AlertSite from application service provider CyLex Systems where he served as VP and CFO. At CyLex, Richardson oversaw the financial management and human resources of the company. He played an integral role in raising over $25 million in venture capital through multiple rounds of financing and later, strategically positioned the company for sale to Ricoh Corporation. |
