XO Expands Network Presence in Orlando.

Telecommunications and Web hosting provider XO Communications (xo.com) said on Wednesday that it had expanded its network presence in the Orlando metropolitan area, doubling its coverage area in the Orlando market and neighboring areas.
With the expansion, XO now also serves Altamonte Springs, Buena Ventura Lakes, Casselberry, Goldenrod, Heathrow, Lake Brantley and Lake Mary within greater Orlando as well as Kissimmee and Melbourne.
"We've seen significant interest in our services from businesses in the Orlando market," says Scott Turer, executive general manager of the XO Orlando and Tampa sales offices. "By expanding our footprint in the Orlando market, XO can reach and serve even more businesses, providing them with a better alternative to the local telephone company."
