Web Host XO Names Sales President.
2005-07-11, HostMan.biz Telecommunications provider XO Communications (xo.com) announced on Monday that Jim Delis has been named president of indirect sales. Delis replaces Rob Westervelt, who left the company to pursue other opportunities. Prior to the appointment, Delis was vice president of channel marketing, overseeing marketing programs for XO's commercial, carrier and indirect sales organizations. In his new role, Delis will lead sales and strategy for XO's indirect channel, while reporting to XO's chief operating officer, Wayne Rehberger. "Jim has extensive experience at all levels of marketing, sales and customer programs, making him the perfect candidate to lead our indirect channel," says Rehberger. "His experience, leadership skills and deep knowledge of XO's capabilities prepare him well to lead our indirect channel to the next level of performance." Delis also previously served as XO's vice president of sales operations, overseeing development and execution of sales channel systems, processes and programs, as director of sales for the company's Las Vegas market. |
