Lucent Joins MSPAlliance.

The MSPAlliance, with more than 200 corporate members around the world, is committed to creating awareness in the industry about the value and benefit of using managed service providers. The MSPAlliance also gathers data on the practice of managed services for its members in order to help them increase the IT delivery to the organizations they serve. "Joining the MSPAlliance is important to Lucent Worldwide Services," says David Dial, vice president of managed services for Lucent Worldwide Services. "It gives us a channel and industry body to promote our Managed Services offerings for service providers, which include hosted communication applications, security management, and network operations and management provided by our Global Network Operations Centers worldwide." |
