Web Host Radiant Appoints Director.
2005-07-08, HostMan.biz IP-based data communications and Internet services provider Radiant Communications (radiant.net) announced on Thursday that it has appointed Sam Ketcham to its board of directors. Ketcham brings a multitude of experience in the US cable and telecom markets, working at Liberty Cable of New York. The company was the first to overbuild the cable operator Time Warner, and the first to offer video-dial-tone services in a joint venture with the local telephone provider. Ketcham is currently the vice-president of administration for West Fraser Timber Co. He also serves as the vice-chair of the Vancouver Art Gallery and as an executive member of Forintek, Canada's Wood Products Research Institute. "Sam is an experienced business executive who has built and sold companies, understands the telecom market and has demonstrated a proven ability to work at the board level," says Chris Worthy, Radiant's chairman of the board. "We look forward to his contributions in developing and successfully executing Radiant's growth strategy." |
