4PSA Releases DNS Manager Update.
2005-06-27, HostMan.biz Third party Web hosting software developer 4PSA (4psa.com) announced on Monday that it had released a new version of 4PSA DNS Manager, an automation solution for managing Linux and Windows-based DNS servers. According to the company, 4PSA DNS Manager imports DNS zone information from multiple servers, centralizing it into a unified infrastructure. 4PSA DNS Manger includes interface scripts for Plesk, cPanel, Ensim, Cobalt, DirectAdmin, Help and InterWorx control panels. Two physical DNS servers in different geographical locations can be deployed for added redundancy. "With 4PSA DNS Manager the company can offer the same name servers for all hosting accounts created, no matter how many servers are used for hosting and which is the name of the control panel running on these machines," says Bogdan Carstoiu, head of research and development at 4PSA. "4PSA DNS Manager hardware requirements are very low, we recommend our clients to install the application on retired hosting servers." 4PSA DNS Manager provides support for third-party applications or custom scripts through a command line API. |
