Data center automation software developer Opsware (opsware.com) announced on Tuesday that it had partnered with nLayers (nlayers.com) to provide Opsware Server Automation System customers with increased visibility into multi-tiered application infrastructures.
NLayers provides services and technology that discover and map, in real time, the relationships and dependencies between applications and infrastructure components within data center environments. Opsware says that by partnering with nLayer, customers will receive a deeper analysis of the impact of changes on service availability and performance, enabling it to provide a foundation for implementing compliance management, consolidation and IT service management.
