Application and Web hosting provider Globix (globix.com) said on Wednesday that it had expanded its IT security services, a move it says will reduce customers security costs and enable them to concentrate on their businesses.

Globix's security services now include threat assessment, anti-spam, antivirus, intrusion detection and prevention, managed firewalls and virtual private networks.
