Herakles Upgrades Juniper Router.

Juniper Networks (juniper.net) announced on Wednesday that colocation and managed services provider Herakles Data Center had deployed the Juniper Networks M7i routing platform at its headquarters in Sacramento, California. Juniper says the deployment secures data navigating Herakles's network infrastructure, ensuring 99.999 percent availability for its approximately 100 customers.
Herakles upgraded to the M7i from on older Juniper router. Juniper says the migrations were completed in less than eight minutes per router.
"The migration from our existing router to the M7i was very successful. We had no downtime and, because the upgrade was flawless, our customers didn't even know we had made a change," says Lou Kirchner, President and CEO at Herakles Data Center. "With the Juniper Networks M-series, Herakles Data Center can process network traffic with high levels of reliability and intelligence for secure and assured service delivery without performance compromise. This allows us to maintain the 'five nines' infrastructure reliability that we promise customers."
