A2B2 Dedicated Web Hosting Launched.
2005-05-27, HostMan.biz UK-based Web hosting firm VAServe (vaserve.com) announced on Thursday it has launched a new dedicated server brand A2B2.com (a2b2.com). Looking to differentiate itself in a crowded market A2B2 takes a unique forum based approach in allowing customer to communicate directly with the staff and directors. "By utilizing such a flexible format we hope to create a community where we know customers and can give them the best in service and support," says Rus Foster, director of A2B2. "We believe that customer service in the Web hosting industry has become lacking and we want to try to reverse that trend by allowing people to speak straight to the people who can help them." In addition to the community-based forums, Foster will also keep a blog that documents the details of the new startup. The A2B2 blog will give some insight into what it takes to start up a new provider. With servers priced from just $70 per month, A2B2 hopes to provide hosting customers with cost-effective services. |
