Go Daddy Produces Four New Commericals.
2005-05-09, HostMan.biz Bob Parsons, CEO of Web hosting provider and domain registrar Go Daddy (godaddy.com), wrote in his blog (bobparsons.com) on Sunday that the company had established its own production company, producing and releasing four new commercials. Two of the new commercials feature the “Go Daddy girl," actress Candice Michelle, who rose to prominence recently for her part in Go Daddy's headline-grabbing Super Bowl commercials. Parsons himself appears in one of the new commercials with Michelle. Parsons also wrote that the reported firing of the company's advertising agency The AdStore was in fact simply a case of the company's contract expiring. "The AdStore did a good job for us," Parsons wrote. "I was very pleased with their work, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. However, when it comes to commercials produced on a regular schedule for regular television showings, Go Daddy Productions has proven that it will do a better job.” Go Daddy's commercials can be viewed at www.godaddy.com/gdshop/superbowl05/landing.asp. |
