Active 24 Launches Hosted Exchange.
2005-05-03, HostMan.biz European Web hosting provider Active 24 (active24.com) announced on Monday that it had launched Microsoft Hosted Exchange, a collaborative and messaging solution for email, calendar, fax and sms, address book and shared folders. Microsoft Hosted Exchange also includes SharePoint and anti-virus and spam filters. Available on a shared platform, the Exchange solution is targeted at small and medium-sized businesses. Active 24 will provide all software, hardware and backup. "Today's business world demands a constantly increasing level of efficiency, availability and flexibility," says Oyvind M. Torlen, hosting business manager for Microsoft Norway. "But at the same time we are more on the move, both on duty and in our spare time, so we need first-class tools inside and outside the office. Microsoft develops sophisticated tools that fulfill all the challenges in today's business environment, and we are very pleased that Active 24 now offers a shared Exchange solution for small and medium businesses." Active 24 recently released a new reseller framework. |
