Globat.com Launches Referal Program.
2005-04-15, HostMan.biz Web hosting provider Globat.com (globat.com) announced on Thursday that it had launched its "Refer-a-Friend" program. Globat customers will be eligible to receive free Web hosting services for referring customers to the company. Participants monitor the number of referrals they make and track the free hosting services they accumulate through their Command Console control panel. For each three successful referrals, customers will receive one free year of Web hosting. Ben R. Neumann, CEO of Globat.com says the program will supplement the company’s existing affiliate referral program. "Like other hosting companies, we have an affiliate program, but these aren't ideal for customers who want to casually recommend us to their family and friends," says Neumann. "Our Refer-A-Friend program lets customers refer someone to us and get something useful in return, in the form of free years of Web hosting added to their accounts. Undoubtedly, this program means that some Globat.com customers may never need to pay for their hosting again." |
