Go Daddy Opens New Call Center.

Domain registrar and Web hosting provider Go Daddy (godaddy.com) announced on Thursday that it had opened its third call center. The center will be located in Gilbert, Arizona and will seat 450-500 full-time employees. Go Daddy predicts that number will reach 1,200-1,400 by the end of the year.
The company says Gilbert was selected because many of its employees live in the city. Outsourcing offshore was not considered because maintaining quality of service was a main priority, Bob Parsons, president and founder of Go Daddy says.
"We simply are not interested in moving our call centers (or any aspect of our operations) offshore," says Parsons. "Providing the absolute best customer service has always been a hallmark of our value proposition, and distinguishes us from the competition. We will not sacrifice quality just because it might save a few dollars. In fact, our call center operation is highly profitable, and we would lose money if we opted to offshore."
