LinuxForce Acquires Web Host Cyber Loft.
2005-03-28, HostMan.biz LinuxForce (linuxforce.net), a provider of Debian GNU Linux outsourced systems administration services, announced last week that it had signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Web hosting provider Cyber Loft. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to add the Cyber Loft clients to our growing roster of customers," says CJ Fearnley, president and CEO of LinuxForce. "The addition of the Cyber Loft assets will strengthen LinuxForce's Web hosting and Web development business." Through its Remote Responder product, LinuxForce has provided Cyber Loft and its clients with Debian GNU/Linux systems administration service and support since 1997. "LinuxForce has provided Cyber Loft's clients with excellent support for over seven years," says Mostafa Eldefrawy, former president of Cyber Loft. "I am gratified to know that our former clients will continue to be taken care of by an organization that has proven itself again and again to deliver quality service at a reasonable price." |
