Hostway Launches Incorporation Services.

Web hosting provider Hostway (hostway.com) announced on Thursday that it had launched online incorporation services for its customers. The services, provided in partnership with ActiveFilings.com, help organizations form corporations, LLCs and non-profits in all 50 states and Washington, DC. Both existing and new Hostway customers are eligible.

In addition to being able to file online, customers can also access resources about tax and legal issues related to the formation process, and other services such as mail forwarding, registered agents, obtaining employer identification numbers and document retrieval.
