Rodopi Supports Web Host Btnaccess.
2005-03-09, HostMan.biz Rodopi Software (rodopi.com), a developer of back-end automation software for Web hosting and Internet service providers, announced on Tuesday that it had signed an agreement to provide online provisioning and customer care applications for Web hosting and Internet services provider btnaccess's (btnaccess.com) Hosted PBX services. Btnaccess provides hosted private branch exchange solutions designed to support both enterprise and wholesale Voice over Internet Protocol markets. "Rodopi is pleased to provide btnaccess with a robust platform to automate operations for IP-based telephony," says Todd Benjamin, president and CEO of Rodopi Software. "Btnaccess is an example of a new generation of experienced, technology savvy service providers that are using software and systems to redefine the way communications services are delivered to the market." Btnaccess will use Rodopi's OSS application to manage its retail customer base. The company will also offer Rodopi's hosted back office applications to its wholesale customers as part of an IP Telephony service offering. "Business customers demand full-scale reliable solutions to maintain and deliver automated back-end features that allow them to operate move effectively," says Patrick Hannon, president of btnaccess. "Rodopi's OSS application provides a unique level of automation and enablement to allow btnaccess and our wholesale customers the ability to create unlimited numbers and types of service bundles for rapid roll out to the marketplace." |
