Terremark Prices Public Stock Offering.
2005-03-09, HostMan.biz Internet exchange and network service provider Terremark Worldwide Inc. (terremark.com) announced on Wednesday that its public offering of 60,000,000 shares of common stock would be priced at $0.73 per share. The underwriters can choose to purchase up to an additional 9,000,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments if there are any. All of the shares are being sold by Terremark, while the offering is expected to close on March 14, 2005. SG Cowen & Co., LLC is the lead manager for the offering. When available, printed copies of the final prospectus relating to the offering can be obtained by contacting SG Cowen & Co., LLC, Prospectus Department. The final prospectus will also be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and will be made available on the Commission's Web site sec.gov. |
