Covad Names John Trewin CFO.

Internet service and Web hosting provider Covad Communications (covad.com) announced on Wednesday the appointment of John E. Trewin as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective March 16, 2005. Trewin replaces current chief financial officer Susan Crawford, who has resigned to pursue an opportunity with another company.
Trewin, with 20 years of experience as a CFO, most recently served as principal of Trewin and Associates, counseling domestic and international clients in the areas of finance, SEC compliance, investor relations and information technology. Prior to Trewin and Associates, Trewin was CFO at California Micro Devices Corporation for seven years. He has also held the CFO position at The O'Brien Corporation and Ampex Corporatin.
